“Glory in Hatred” shortened version played by starlings.

Surely many of us have imagined taking revenge on those who have wronged us, even cursing them severely.

At that time, we definitely felt very light. Revenge is a powerful emotional trigger that forces people to take action.

The same goes for the world of wildlife. Revenge must be paid, an eye for an eye, the story below accidentally witnessed by Pam Bruce-Brand will show us a humorous revenge in the wild world.

That day, Pam’s group of people were driving across the sandy and gravel road S100 in Kruger National Park when they were suddenly “captivated” by the wild dance of a flock of starlings.

It was a magical moment when before the group’s eyes, each bird flapped its wings and flew, intertwined with each other with beautiful colors like famous paintings.

The starling (scientific name: Lonchura punctulata) is a species of bird belonging to the starling family (Estrildidae), widely distributed in Asia and Africa. According to research, starlings are very diverse in species with nearly 30 species living in many regions around the world.

The special feature of starlings lies in their diverse plumage with many different colors, depending on the breed of bird. Starling feathers consist of 2 layers.

Because they have to resist the wind and control the direction of flight, the outer feathers will be hard and long, especially on the wings and tail.

Inside is a layer of down, they are soft, silky, and lighter in color than the outside. The blackbird’s plumage also has small circular spots on its back, and its chest wall has stripes.

Pam also thought that maybe the birds were attacking a rock monitor lizard, an animal easily found in Kruger.

It wasn’t until they got closer that people discovered the truth of the difference. Something bigger and beyond the imagination of all visitors. Below the ground, a giant python is resting.

The round belly denounced the predator’s stealthy actions. Perhaps, the greedy python swallowed the birds’ comrades. That’s why the remaining members rushed forward and attacked the enemy vigorously.

The python was then able to escape into the bushes. photo 2

The python was then able to escape into the bushes.

While the tourist group was competing to capture the most impressive moments, the python began to move.

Slowly, slowly, then gradually starting to get faster while the birds’ attacks became more and more powerful. Finally, with its own strength, the python successfully escaped.
