Just because of temporary greed, the tiger almost paid the price with his life.
Ranthambore is one of the largest national parks in India. It stretches across a large campus and is a favorite place for many tourists around the world who want to experience the feeling of seeing wild animals firsthand.
The park was established in the 70s of the last century, after local people caused many fires. This place has a special and extremely unique ecosystem creating a rich biological system.
Visitors can encounter many rare and wild animals such as jaguars, Indian flying foxes, sloth bears, desert cats, jackals, rattlers, five-striped palm squirrels…
With such a diverse and rich animal population, it is no wonder that Ranthambore is home to many wild animals such as tigers and crocodiles.
In the big cat family, tigers are the largest and strongest animals. In nature, in terms of size, the tiger is the third largest land carnivore in the world, only after white bears and brown bears.
Tiger’s habitat is dense forests or large grasslands, where they can easily camouflage to hunt or hide from enemies. Tigers have very good climbing ability, only inferior to domestic cats, but they are very developed in swimming ability.
In the wild, there have been 9 different tiger breeds including: Bali, Java, Persian, South China, Sumatran, Siberian, Malay, Indochina and Bengal tigers. Among them, there are 3 extinct tiger breeds: Bali, Java and Persian tigers.
This is also an interesting spot that makes tourists from all over the world come to Ranthambore to see the wild animals with their own eyes.
Ramon Gonzales was lucky to not only have the opportunity to see the wild beast with his own eyes but also admire the unique encounter at Ranthambore.
That day, Mr. Ramon’s tour group stopped to rest at a lake in the hope of encountering something interesting. No one knew there was something mysterious hiding inside the bushes on the other side.
Waiting a few minutes, a miracle happened for the lucky guests. A huge tiger was slowly approaching the lake. The slow, stalking appearance of the large predatory creature made everyone hold their breath and watch.
At first, no one knew what the tiger was planning to do, but things gradually became clearer when a crocodile rushed out from under the water. A majestic scene, water splashing everywhere when the battle between two fierce beasts broke out.
Despite the tiger’s “muscular” display, the crocodile with its “armored” skin and super strong teeth proved too different. In addition, another crocodile also came to help its fellow. Realizing the danger, the tiger quickly fled to shore in time.
