The film is about an innocent 5-year-old dog who is found in Lebanon on the verge of death after being left to his fate in the middle of the street, after receiving 17 bullet wounds.

But although her heart was broken by so much insult and mistreatment, she took it upon herself to show her rescuers that she was a true being of light who came into the world to leave an indelible mark.

The foundation spread Maggie’s sad past on social networks in the hope of touching some hearts. The effect was immediate and it didn’t take long for this beautiful dog to get the home of her dreams.

A true survivor, Maggie has attracted nearly 500,000 followers from around the world on her Instagram account. It was Kasey Carlin, a true animal lover and rescuer, who took her to her home in Brighton, England, to personally see to her recovery.

“A person in Lebanon posted asking for help. My mom saw Maggie’s post and said we had to save her. I came home, I saw the photo and I didn’t hesitate,” Kasey said.

In her new life in London, Maggie has become a therapy dog, visiting hospitals and universities with Kasey, spreading positive energy and proving that life is not a bed of roses, but you have to face it with courage and determination. .

She tries to convince everyone to choose to always be nice.

“What Maggie went through was horrible, but if her story can educate and inspire others to do good, at least we will have done our part to make this world a little better,” Kasey said.
